Receive a custom guided meditation based on you, and your particular life situation, desires, needs and healing requirements!

Please write in the personalization section, your name, and a bit about your current situation. This could include your mental state, emotional state, state of your relationships, something you are having a hard time letting go of, anything you would like to be considered for healing in the meditation. I will record a customized, 15 minute (at least) guided meditation to suit your needs. You can repeat the meditations as many times as you need and wish as it is yours, and I will be here if you feel complete and desire another.

The meditation is set to my 528hz meditation music, which helps relax you and transport you to a healing place of your soul. 528hz is the vibration of love!

Meditation is extremely powerful, and allows us to connect back with the truth of who we are. Finding stillness in the mind and allowing it to be guided rather than having the constant incessant thoughts that affect the mind, allows for deep healing. When we awaken to the wholeness of who we are, we are never the same. We our the creators of our world, and when we guide the mind towards that which we would desire, everything changes. I wish to bring more peace, love, awareness, calm, joy and clarity into your life and this is the perfect way to do that!
