For 15 weeks we meet on zoom for 2 hours on Sundays, 10am PST.

By week 2, students report transformations.

To start, we develop a strong spiritual practice, because with all the noise of today, we can’t hear our soul’s otherwise. Meditation, breathwork, vocal toning provide our foundation.

I give homework in the form of a spiritual practice, because discipline reaps rewards.
